After breakfast we'll stow are gear in the chase van, have a safety talk, discuss riding styles, and then head out to our first destination a mezcal distilery near San Juan del Rio. Safety is always on our mind, so we've set up a spoke and hub rides so we can sample the mezcal on our stops and use our chase van as a tipsy taxi back to the hotels.

Oaxaca is a beautiful state and we've planned some spots for you to enjoy the natural beauty and twisty mountain riding that we've really come to love. On our way to the next distilery we'll stop by Hieves de Agua, a series of petrified thermal hot pools. Our destination for the night is Banhez Mezcal, a family owned operation that is part hotel, part mezcalaria.

Today we'll ride out to the Pacific Ocean beach town Puerto Escondido. This place has something for everyone and we'll spend a couple nights here soaking up the sun, beach, and night life. I can't describe the sunset, or seeing the whales jumping off the coast while we released baby turtles well enought to give it credit. Trust me, you'll fall for this place.  There are several beaches to surf, swim, or just sit under a palapa and have cool drinks.  Night life is in abundance here and down at Putna Zicatela the beach vibe goes long into the night.  This is a fun spot.  

Day six is an awesome ride. Like the tail of the dragon but so much cooler. We'll stop along the mountain and see as far as the ocean. Our destination San Juan del Pacifico is a spiritual center and famous for shamans and seekers coming for ceremonies. We'll stay up in the pines and take in a temazcal ceremony - like a sweat lodge. Your cabin will be cozy with a fireplace, and this will be a great cleanse before we get back to Oaxaca City.  

Our last day out on the road.  We'll ride back to Oaxaca de Juarez. We'll turn our bikes in at our hotel and spend one last night together in the market taking in all the fantastic street food near the central market.  Did you know there are about 300 different types of Mole?  I can't get enough of all the delicious food in Oaxaca.  After our food tour, we'll talk about your next Mexico by Moto trip over a smoky Mezcal.
